Delightful little house in a renovated old barn, geographically well placed for visiting the nearby Tuscany Chianti area and whole of central Italy.
Thought and furnished in a rational and functional way with high quality furniture that guarantees those who wish to spend their holidays there an extremely intimate and restful atmosphere.
Outside there is a big portico equipped with a table and chairs which considerably increases the living space and offers the possibility to eat al fresco, in contact with the delightful garden, always beautifully kept and full of flowers, where there is also a lovely swimming pool (4x10 m).
Thriving vineyards and cultivated wheat fields stretch out all around the property, and beyond them the harsh and fascinating clay outlines of the crags.
A clear stream flow at the bottom of the garden and just opposite the house forms a beautiful little waterfall, where a cool area to relax in has been created and for the barbecue.
Ground floor: Sitting-dining room with kitchenette.
First floor: double bedroom and single sofa bed, bathroom with shower.

Our hosts can enjoy a wonderful view and wait the evening to see various colours discover why Leonardo da Vinci represented them in the famous picture “La Gioconda”. |
